Your saved copies

Save a personal copy when you want to return to your work. Browser copies stay in this browser, so clearing browser data removes them. Anyone using this browser profile can access them.

Website autofill helps you bring in your business details and logo without entering everything again.

An optional account lets you save across devices and reuse your business details, logo, and clients. You choose what to save or import from this browser.

You can manage your profile, delete saved work, or delete your account in settings.

Your website report

Website Grader reads up to 100 public pages and reports what it could inspect. Public website text and optional rendered screenshots are sent to external AI analysis services. Search tests use a business category and service area to collect dated OpenAI and Gemini API answers and sources. These samples do not represent every conversation or guarantee recommendations.

Reports are saved only when you choose to save them. PDF downloads are generated in your browser. Audit activity stores the business name, website and action, not the scraped pages, prompts or full report.

WebRise’s invoice archive

Completing, downloading, or saving an invoice stores a full copy in WebRise’s private archive, whether or not you have an account. WebRise reviews these invoices to understand the businesses using Labs. The copy includes the business, client, line item, amount, note, and payment details you enter, along with your logo.

This archive is separate from the personal copies in Saved Work. Clearing browser data does not delete archive copies. Contact WebRise to request removal of a guest invoice. Invoice contents are not sent to PostHog, and using Labs does not subscribe you to marketing.

Business activity

WebRise stores business names and activity across Labs tools, including Invoice Generator, Review to Ad and Website Grader. Records show the tool used and actions such as searches, template choices, completing a result, generation attempts, downloads, and saves. This includes guests who do not create an account. Authorized WebRise staff use this activity to understand which businesses use Labs and how.

Records include the business website, action times, and a browser identifier. Signed-in activity can include your account contact details. A searched business does not prove who the visitor is. Invoice contents, review text, and image files are not part of this activity log, and business names are not sent to PostHog. Contact WebRise to request removal. Using the tool does not subscribe you to marketing.

How we improve Labs

We use PostHog to understand visits, traffic channels, invoice steps, saves, downloads, and account prompts. Signed-in activity uses an account ID. Invoice contents, amounts, customer details, and contact information stay out of analytics.

PostHog processes usage data in the US and receives connection information such as your IP address. We disable location enrichment and session recording, and respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Analytics does not subscribe you to marketing.
